1. Dispatch Timelines

  • Standard B2B Orders: Bulk trade orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days from payment confirmation.

  • Sample Packs: Trade sample packs are dispatched within 72 hours on all working days (Monday–Saturday).

3. Freight & Charges

  • Calculation: Freight charges are calculated based on actual weight, volume, destination, and transporter rates at the time of dispatch.

  • Billing: Freight is charged additionally to the product price unless explicitly included in a written commercial contract.

  • Consolidated Rates: For bulk orders exceeding 500 kg to major commercial cities, we offer competitive consolidated freight rates—contact your sales representative.

4. Modes of Transport

Dispatches are primarily fulfilled via surface logistics using established partners (DTDC, Delhivery, regional surface carriers). Express air freight is available on request for urgent orders at an additional charge.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number or Lorry Receipt (LR) number is shared via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of dispatch. Shipments can be tracked directly through the carrier's website or via our support desk.

6. Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims

Inspect all packages at the time of delivery. Any visible outer damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt (POD) and reported to Pathak & Sons Foods within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs. Claims reported after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

7. Payment & COD Terms

Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for first-time wholesale buyers. After establishing an active trading history (minimum 3 completed orders), credit or COD terms may be discussed. See our Terms & Conditions for full payment terms.
